Why is Gender Equality beneficial to everyone?

Gender equality is better for everyone and benefiting in different situations and places like in workplaces. Companies that embrace gender diversity perform better than those that don’t, a report in January of 2015 found that gender-diverse companies are 15 percent more likely to outperform companies rated in the bottom quartile of diversity. It is also benefiting for men all over the world because things they want to accomplish woman are involved, and would they really want gender inequality if they have little girls and a wife? I don't think so. Studies also show that countries where the gender equality is diverse and equal are on the highest scale of happiness in their country. Gender equality is benefiting in so many ways that can help the world become a better place where people no matter their gender, race, skin color, etc. are happy and free.
