Everyone deserves to be treated equally and where there is more gender there is more peace. Women and Men are equal in any way, that means we should be treated with same amount of respect, have the same rights, get the same opportunities, and equal pay! Men get paid more than women, even if it's just by a few cents it is not right because if a man and a woman are doing the same job the man will get paid more even if they have the same abilities. Women earned a median of $770 weekly and $40,742 annually, while men earned $941.32 weekly and $51,212.36 annually. This is equally not fair but what is even more unfair is that minority women get paid even less than the average white women. Hispanic women and Black women had the lowest median weekly earnings that ranged from $603 to $657. Hispanic women earn 50.0% of what Asian men earn and 62.1% of what White men earn. Black women earn 54.4% of what Asian men earn and 67.7% of what White men earn. Overall the wage gap between woman and men is not fair and the wage gap between minority women and white women is equally not as fair. Everyone deserves to be payed the same for the job their given no matter what gender or race you are.
